I'm going to celebrate that I successfully argued against being forced to make phone calls at my job. Some dumbass senior staff was saying it was part of the job and I should quit if I don't want to make calls despite 99% of my work being emails and spreadsheets anyway. I argued I had the right to ask for reasonable adjustments, it was against the disability act and that I would go to HR, my Unions, the local papers and STAMMA. And ultimately would sue for wrongful termination if they took action against me. They backed off pretty quickly after this. Feel free to use this if any of you are being forced to do phonework at your jobs too.
