Honestly I thought that ‘practising’ certain words alone would help, but I don’t think it does. Even reading out loud.. I practised for so so long and it didn’t really make a difference. I feel like reading poetry out loud could help? I’ve always wanted to try… Have you ever been perfectly fine saying that word for awhile and then wake up one day and you cannot for the life of you say it anymore? It’s almost like you lose the ability to say certain letters, vowels etc. and sometimes they come back and you’re able to say them again. Try not to focus too much on them and overwhelming your brain, because I found the more I concentrate on them, the more anxiety I get.
