Not speech therapy per se, but these resources might be helpful: There's an app (Stamurai, methinks) that has daily stuttering meetups where they go through reading session and impromptu speaking sessions. The moderator is not qualified speech therapist, and they follow a scripted routine. It might still be helpful if you're looking for a forum where you can speak more. Also, There might be NSA chapter meetings near you where you can participate. Some speech therapy clinics offer group therapy classes for $20-$40 per class. The one I've participated is Speech IRL. You can call Speech Therapy clinics near you and see if they offer similar classes.
