Yes i think everbody has the ability to be confident..... we sell ourselves too short, and believe me that was me for 35 years of my life. Here is a test you can do and im willing to bet my life on this: Just go to a store, look an employee in the eye, and voluntarily stutter. Ask them something like ' Hi, cccan i gget a rrrrrrregular coffee pppppplease'. Do not flinch, do not look away, make it your mission to stutter, instead of trying to be fluent.... I guarantee, once you do this, you'll see exactly what im talkimg about. So what im trying to say is, contrary to what most stutterers think, it is OK to stutter, esp if you've mild/moderate stutter. Most people react negatively to your stutter if YOU react negatively to it. If you're cool with it, your listeners do not give a fuck about your stutter.
