Anyone else struggle to inflect their voice?

Anyone else struggle to inflect their voice? Especially when I am having one of those days where I am stuttering a lot, it seems that my voice is a lot more flat, and unexpressive This has caused me many social problems, the biggest one of which is by accidentally offending people when really I was trying to say something jokingly or sarcastically, but it came across and blunt and rude. And also because it makes me less charismatic and more boring, and not someone who people want to be around No one talks about the secondary issues related to stuttering (ie. those that have to do with our speech system just being messed up altogether), so I thought I'd share
