How do you guys get through the rough phase of stuttering ?

How do you guys get through the rough phase of stuttering ? I feel like I'm in the worst phase of my stutter since a month. Just surviving on propanolol. TBH, even after taking two doses a day my stutter doesn't improve (fyi not that it is meant to but propanolol provides a bit of relief with the nerves). I'm literally avoiding speaking in most of the situations just so I don't have to get myself embarrassed.
