I think you shouldn’t tell them ahead of time. Because they might feel like you are presenting it to them as a problem. It’s better to announce it in the interview as a side-note, after you’ve stuttered. Then they will feel unconsciously that it isn’t a problem, but rather something to simply inform people of if you do stutter.
