Before taking suggestions, ask how effective and sustainable its been. Some ideas appear to work for a few weeks, but stop working bc they aren’t addressing the problem. The way to reduce hard blocks semi-permanently is scary but simple - begin w a voluntary brief repetition, make eye contact and begin slowly. I did that and my blocks reduced by over 90% and it’s been this effective for almost a year. I’ve had a terrible cough today and was getting blocks bc of it - but almost no panic. I just used the tools I described above, and they were very effective
