It'll get better. I go between almost 100% fluency to choppier speech when I'm stressed or burnt out. It's a cycle and the more you think about it the more it feels like it's happening. Try to "accept it" in the sense that you can only do your best. Some days will be better than others and eventually you can get back to your hometown fluency. It's probably just the change in environment. You can't stutter if you sing so I sing and rap to myself a lot - the muscle memory of fluency really helps my confidence. Good luck!
