yes i know that breathing. i think it's called coastal or diaphragm breathing. you breathe in through nose and breathe out through mouth. that really calms you down. in any situation. and speaking as little as one phrase per diaphragm exhale is one of the best techniques. it just never fails. the only problem is you need to have patient listeners. there are, unfortunately, no group therapy sessions in my country. thanks for sharing.
