My stutter was an interesting one because it was seasonal, and when it would come back (usually every 6 months) I would go to speech therapy. I did this until last year, when I started college and my stutter turned from bearable to severe. Therapy wasn’t working, so I started a coaching program where the focus is emotional acceptance/authenticity and results in fluency. It’s been working miracles for me man, found the guy on this subreddit. Let me know if you like to know more, not trying to promote or anything
