I try to not think about my stutter but whenever someone mentions speech or talking, my mind instantly goes into panic mode. I try to push the thought away but I just can't. Most of the time when I block, I try breathing in and it just makes the block last longer. I don't know what else to do. Thank you for all the tips, I'll be trying them out :)
