> What you describe seems to be putting the cause of stutter entirely on you. This is not fruitful. It's not you who is to blame for anything - it's just that you have a stutter, and that means there are difficulties associated with speaking in various contexts. I'm not blaming myself for the problem. I know I didn't consciously create these patterns. But its important to know how it might have started and got to this point. Knowing that can help a lot because knowledge is power. I've not visited professional speech therapy because its very expensive. So far I have visited some blogs and online resources which cover some techniques.....stuff like light onsets, etc.
