I get blocks very often, and words with an “r” in the second letter (like “green” and “bread”) are usually difficult. I’ve found some workarounds to get words out but it distorts how I talk and my tone of voice. For example I’ll elongate vowels, look up and away, switch to synonyms if I get stuck on a word. Switching to synonyms that are easily pronounceable but seem out of place in casual conversation is actually a daily occurrence (such as replacing “great day” to “joyous day” or something weird like that). Because of these workarounds I often worry that my tone or sincerity might be misinterpreted, not sure if this is a problem others have but it certainly makes more serious discussions difficult.
