I know how you must feel, trust me. I took a public speaking course and im a person who stutters too. I got an A- and I made sure to self disclose to the class and professor and they were all really understanding of it and I felt comfortable. So it was a good of you to reach out to your professor and let her know how you feel. But I think that withdrawing from the course means that you're giving in to your stutter and letting it win and control you. You shouldnt let that fear deter you from taking a class. Challenge yourself and who knows. maybe you might even surprise yourself and be really great at the course. Especially when it comes to the different types of speeches you have to give. If there's an informative speech you have to present, do it on stuttering to spread awareness of it, that's what I did and got tons of questions about it at the end. Good luck and keep us posted 😁✌
