I guess it is a mild form of disability, because the very concept of disability implies some kind of deprivation - for example, a person cannot walk, hear, communicate, etc. In your case, I do not think that you can be called a full-fledged disabled person, no matter how absurd it may sound (by no means, we are not measuring this).
