English is my second language too and stuttering can can slow you down in improving any language in general.I have been in the same situation so my advice is confront the problem head on,join student groups,take an acting class etc.Deal with it now before it becomes a bigger problem in your mind and if you are nervous to put yourself out there,tell yourself that it’s like training,it will make you better in the long term
