You said: ""I'm not nervous or afraid, I just have a stutter that sometimes comes up". " In my opinion, by saying 'I have a stutter that sometimes come up' you create a condition to expect a stutter every time you enter a situation, so of course you will stutter. This is your perceived stress which is not based on fear but on accepting stuttering by thinking it's normal for you. This starts a chain thought that causes your mind to 'decide' a stutter every time right before you stutter (repressed). This 'looking and deciding for a stutter letter' in most stutterers is unconscious, similar in your case because you stated you don't even recognize it as it's deep rooted. This is called somatic memory. Conclusion: You say that you get stuck over and over but you don't give a f*ck. This is basically your stressor that triggers your mind to decide on which word you will stutter. What is your opinion? How should you approach your 'stressor'?
