I feel this. Specifically being afraid to have children because it will be more responsibility and necessary times to speak. I also worry about my stuttering being passed down to them. I don't want my kids to suffer the same way I do. And the career. I am smart, I am opinionated, I have goals...but I feel like everything revolves around being charismatic with words, being loud and confident, and I struggle with those things for obvious reasons. Stuttering keeps brilliant people in the shadows, imo.
