Stuttering getting progressively worse as I age I always had a slight minor problem with my voice and never thought much about it until a few years ago and I've been noticing it's getting worse as I age. I used to be able to talk just fine by myself but now it's getting worse and I'm having trouble coming up with the right words to say. I'm only 25 right now but I remember a few years ago my grandmother had dementia and her speech was in real bad shape. Not saying I have dementia but my speech is quite similar to how hers was before she died and I'm just concerned I may have some kind of serious condition that's causing this. I'm on the hunt for a speech pathologist but can't find any around my area that accept the healthcare I have but I want to bring this up to my doctor and see what they say. I guess I just wanted to see if anybody here is in a similar situation as me or have some other tips for me to.
