Funny you say that, I think I actually got a former job because I had a stutter. I told the interviewer I had a stutter and he said something along the lines of “so you must face obstacles every day, that’s very brave!” Only 16 out of 120 applicants were hired, so I think I was a diversity hire because of my stutter
