As someone above said, try to be as confident as possible (through breathing exercises, talking to self in front of mirror, journaling… whatever you think works for you). Then be prepared to stutter, don’t be afraid of it. And when/if you do, tell yourself it’s ok, take a quick pause or deep breath, and keep going. You got this!
