Ask for a referral from your local GP. I had an appointment with my GP where we discussed my stutter. It wasn't my first time, as I had attended speech therapy when I was a child, and that was noted in my records. They then referred me to speech therapy with the NHS. I had a video session once a week for six weeks I’m considering going back because I feel like my stutter is getting worse.
