I consider my stutter mild, but it's more than enough to bother me. On a scale of 1-10 it would probably be around 3-4 on a normal day. Many people don't even know i stutter cause i've become very good at hiding it (covering blocks using "umm" and such) ,and i usually don't really speak a lot. On the phone, oral exams, and generally under pressure it goes up to a 6-7. My stutter is mostly because anxiety and generally low self-esteem, words usually come out good, but the whole process of trying to hide my stuttering makes it worse stress-wise.
