Difficulty staying present/mindful Is anyone here experiencing difficulty staying present whenever they talk, fluent or non-fluent? I've noticed this today, when I'm focusing on the conversation, I also notice the muscle memory in the abdomen which is tensing the moment I anticipate a stutter, resulting in blocked vocal folds from the fear of stuttering. Did anyone tried being present when speaking and noticing 100% fluency?
