I stopped being offended by people laughing because of my stuttering, because I find it funny myself. once during the presentation I had to go out and calm down because I was stuck on the letter k for about 15 seconds and it made me laugh to tears. it sounded like someone breaking a bone or like my cat hisses when he sees himself in the mirror
