Stopped at the first question: How do I rank a 'fluency level'? I have no idea what a severe stutter is nor a very mild stutter. What ranking criteria am I supposed to use? One person can think stumbling over a word every few minutes is 'severe' stuttering, while another thinks only stuttering every other word is mild stuttering. Completely subjective. The same thing with the 'naturalness'. What does that even mean? How am I supposed to rank this? What is a 'fluency enhancing strategy'? Growing up, I learned to include specific word avoidance and substitution in my day-to-day speech. However, its now so ingrained, I don't even know when I'm doing it. Is this a 'fluency enhancing strategy'?
