Any ideas to keep training? every couple months or so, i get hyped that i have to do exercises to get rid of my stutter, i have good and bad days, but after few days i return to usual and dont do anything. my stutter is not that bad that i can hideit in short conversations, but in my bad days or unavoidable words i get the look from others like “ whats wrong with him” and i hate it. so any ideas to stay on track?
