Not every person who stutters speaks fluently alone. Same could be said for singing, or speaking in unison with another. Every person who stutters is different in how it manifests. This is why the disorder is incredibly challenging to treat and manage. Since everyone is different there is no 100% neurological pinpoint that is the same for everyone.
