My apologies :( but shout your question the trans friends I have do make a fake girl voice and I remember one time one of them said it was easier to talk because they kinda played a “act” as if they could talk as someone else so it gave them less anxiety. Also it sounds like I’m the question your saying “Normal English” as in like your just learning to speak English and you stutter or you already speak English and you stutter?
