Is this an odd thing to do?

Is this an odd thing to do? Whenever I successfully say a sentence without stuttering or freezing on a word I sometimes catch myself mouthing the phrase back to myself silently. I don't actually know why I do this and was curious if anyone else does it or is that strange?
