i'm seeing a speech therapist, he told me that normal brains (people who don't stutter) only care about the other person's reaction about 20% but in our brains we care about 80%... i think the more we care the worse it gets, the trick here is to teach yourself to just not care which is way harder than it sounds, you stuttered? ah well it's behind you now and nothing you can do about it, say that everytime you screw up.
