I've realized that my stutter is entirely anxiety-induced, and recently, I've experienced a significant improvement by changing my mindset. Last weekend, I was nervous about speaking in front of people and found myself holding back out of fear, despite having so much to say. However, once I decided to stop caring about how others perceived my stutter, it happened much less frequently. This shift in perspective made me realize that the key is to not let anxiety control you. While this approach may not work for everyone, I hope it can inspire others to find their own way to manage anxiety-related challenges. Who cares about what other people think of something most of us, in reality, can not control. You shouldn’t.
