Anyone else’s stuttering acting up recently?

Anyone else’s stuttering acting up recently? I used to have a severe stutter 6th grade but after therapy it went from mild to almost non existent and now I’m entering my senior year and during this Quarantine I feel my speech is getting worse and worse. At first it was just once or twice a day now it’s every other sentence and I’m not sure what it is maybe it’s the lack of physical communication, sleep or maybe other factors.
