I've had it my entire life and it is not related to nervousness" and I still remember her response "Oh, well I meant a real disability That hurts so much, it is always disappointing to see that even mature adults could not be more understanding . sometimes it's due to lack of knowledge about that matter specifically since it's rare and usually gets underestimated by a lot of people.
