I don’t know what it’s like to have a severe stutter. I only have a mild one. But regardless, the exhaustion from just trying to speak is real. What amazes me is the fact that putting oneself out of their comfort zone can work, but it needs to be at controlled times. You should read the account of news reporter John stossel. (Spelling prob wrong) he went to therapy and had to go out and talk to people. In my life I’ve had to do the same and it has helped. It hasn’t cured me. I know that’s what we all want, but it does help. Take care my friends.
