I had a presentation in front of around 50 people including Professors and students. I had 5 minutes to give overview of my ongoing research work. I did it in 5 minutes 15 seconds with pretty much bad stuttering. There are two things which we can do is to do a lot of practice which is essential though. Secondly, make your presentation in a way so that reader can view/understand your story while seeing your presentation like use visualization for audience understanding because if you will be able to make such presentation then the audience will understand your thoughts/work only by seeing at your presentation. Bonus tip is to write your whole script in your presentation notes section so just keep reading it while presenting.
