Friends Who Stutter is a great organization. It’s geared towards the young. The NSA has NSA Kids which is similar in nature. The goals are the same, but I wish we could come up with a way to incorporate FWS and the NSA as one. I believe that the more people who stutter meet others who stutter will be better psychologically and emotionally better for that stutterer. A good percentage of the stuttering have never been introduced to another person who stutters as well. As I was growing up through my school days I knew of ONE other PWS.
