I take citalopram (SSRI) it’s helped me a lot but it’s also mentality as well! When i’m confident and don’t take it one day I don’t stutter at work, I’ve found my anxiety is worse when i’m tired so at work sometimes i still stutter but get through it and now i don’t mind it 😂
