In low stress situations ( like with your family/friends) try to stutter while saying your name. It sounds counterintuitive, but it WORKS. Most of the time, the more we anticipate stuttering on some word, the more likely we'll end up stuttering on that word. So you need to train your mind NOT to fear/anticipate that word. Once you do this in comfortable situationa, try stuttering on your name with strangers ( maybe customer service reps, cashiers, etc.) This will build up your confidence and remove the fear of saying your name. Consequently this will reduce your stutter
