We should alwaysbe a work in progress. 👍🏽 For context, when I started my current job I would try to do everything I could via email and avoided calls like the plague. Now, I don't hesitate to pick up the phone to get the issue resolved and then follow up via email later on. I'm not fluent every time, and some worse than others. But definitely every time, I'm glad I'm not holding myself back.
