help with a coworker I work inventory at a retail store and the way we process our items is having 1 person in back and 1 on the floor with radios to check what can go out, my coworker who im always paired with has a pretty bad stutter and is dyslexic so its really hard to understand him sometimes, as a result working with him is extremely slow and painful for me, I know its not very nice of me but I work at a fast pace and get irritated when im forced to slow down, I know I need to figure out my own patience but does anyone have advice on what I could say to him to make it easier? I've tried talking to him about it once but the moment I brought it up he looked like a dear in the headlights, I feel terrible having to ask this but I also don't know if I can handle working with him like this much longer, and while I could get another job, this is the first job I've had that has decent hours so I don't want to ruin that due to something like this. I know thats a loaded question and any advice would be appreciated
