i feel this way sometimes. self-acceptance is something we should all actively work on. easier said than done, i know - but i don't know, something like thinking a bad thought about yourself and replacing it with a positive note might help, even if it seems totally false to you at the time. i guess eventually, you'll start to believe the positive notations or see that they're true in some capacity. i think we would all look back on our current years with disdain and regret if we continue to loathe this part of ourselves and didn't just say 'fuck it' and keep rolling clumsily through the hard times. i'm rambling, but i hope this helps someone out there. just know that you have a group of individuals here who all understand and are here for you.
