Can you elaborate? Do you mean fear and anxiety of stuttering? If so... That's no longer part of my disfluency. I learned to speak fluently not by overcoming my stutter. It was closer to learning to speak from scratch. There were layers upon layers of development in learning fluency. When it was time to start using my fluency outside of lessons and practice, I didn't worry that I might stutter. I knew I wouldn't. All of the components of fluent speech were practiced, polished, and present.
