> I think part of the reason why I stutter is my anxiety and I don’t know how to overcome it either My tip is to distinguish instinctive anxiety from your personal anxiety as well as distinguish stutter feeling anxiety (as in anticipatory fear e.g., from your instinct) versus your personal overreactions that you have (at least a little bit) control over like fight or flight response and learn to be aware of anxiety from the instinct while trying to reframe or reduce personal anxiety.
