I know it may be too late at this point, but I would just go and do it. Stuttering and all! I don't give a F about the teammates or the teacher, but I do care about how you feel about yourself. Do it so you can overcome shame for yourself! You are not a useless or unintelligent person because you stutter. It's people's misconception of your stutter that is the issue, not YOU. Don't let other people's opinions and thoughts stop you from doing what you got to do to get ahead. I would do the presentation then go to my counselor or whoever can help you to hold this teacher accountable. Your teammates can hate you, but they are just some randoms who would probably cry and lock themselves in a basement if they had a stutter so they can go bite on some rocks for all I (and you) care.
