Thanks mate. It's definitely pressure. Right now alone I can say my name (although it isn't easy, I can just feel the first sound is tough for my vocal chords to make), but when I'm put on the stop my whole body just tenses. Lucky that you've got a good sounding name! I can say my surname so sometimes I can work backwards if I have to go for an appointment (and that makes sense sometimes too since I guess the computers organise by surname), saying my last name makes it easier just to jump back into my first name. But here they asked for my first name explicitly :( and then it's the crazy tense block
