I don’t use caffeine now and have never gotten anything from melatonin. It also has some weird hormone effects so I like to stay away from it. I know that I can probably get back to normal eventually but knowing I have 2+ months of mental suffering ahead of me when I quit doesn’t make quitting seem very attractive. It’s a tough situation. I wish there was an easy answer. Seems like I just need to quit and put up with feeling extra bad for an extended period of time.
