I don't think so. We reevaluated and she urged me to intentionally stutter so we could practice the fluency techniques, but I didn't feel good doing that. I chalked it up to maybe my stutter is mostly due to social anxiety, or anxiety around speaking. I think having that time with a therapist took the pressure off of me, and I was fluent 90% of the time.
