I know exactly how you feel. I would really suggest trying out a couple tricks and finding out what works best for you! Breathing deeply repeatedly and inhaling before I speak and then exhaling while I'm speaking has helped me out a lot. Try it out yourself and let me know if it does anything for you. I wish the best for you and just remember that your stuttering does not reflect on your intelligence or who you are as a person. You're bigger than the stutter and you CAN beat it with time and effort
